This is a short story about one of our renovation project in neighboring city.Project: Single Family Dwelling existing structure

Goal: Owner is looking to renovate, add additional bedrooms, baths  and bring up to code existing building structure.

    Our story starts from step one: existing structure evaluation and future interiors design  and project creation.
13.                                         Berwyn Bungalow- like many of existing Single Family Dwelling,  build late 50's and 60's . .... 
    
    Existing main floor lay out has been changed to meet more contemporary look and better communication and flow of new spaces. Second floor gained new Master Bedroom addition including Master Bath and separate bedroom. Final New Design includes 3 bedroom and 2 baths with tremendous space of kitchen and 2 island with miles of new cabinetry and 2 refrigeration's.
